Pure, natural and not infused Italian Premium Honey. We source honey from bee farms that are located in the beautiful valleys of Italy! Using only traditional and natural methods. Bees are never treated with unnatural products or chemicals.
Our Bosco honey, also known as Forest honey is unique, bees create this honey with a sweet substance called honeydew.
Producing a very strong and almost malty flavour that is not very sweet in comparison with our other honeys. It is very dark Amber in colour, which is shaded brown. It almost never crystallizes, staying liquid for a very long time. Crystallisation is irregular.
Our Bosco honey is one of the rarest and most complex honeys in the world. Unlike our other honeys that come from pollen and nectar, gathered by the bees from flower blossom. Rather, bees create this unique honey from honeydew. A substance produced by Aphids. Aphids deposit droplets of honeydew sap that bees collect from the leaves of Alpine trees of Linden, Fir and Oak. It is because of this unique process that Bosco is a high energy honey, the richest in minerals and enzymes, making it is an excellent supplement for athletes!
